1. With regard to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the election of respondents No.5 and 6 as President and Vice- President of Municipal Council, Sujanpur, because complex disputed questions of fact have emerged during the course of hearing of this petition, learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies, which we permit.
