Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during the pendency of the trial in case FIR No.123 dated 28.03.2025 under Sections 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(3), 109(1), 61(2) of BNS, registered at Police City Palwal, District Palwal, Haryana. After arguing for some time, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
