1. The petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for setting aside/quashing the impugned order dated 24.10.2024 passed by respondent no.1, rejecting the pre-mature release case of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition in hand has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been afforded pre-mature release.
