1. Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 92 dated 05.03.2026, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 127(2), 115(2), 126(2), 351(3), 191(3) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 395, 342, 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860), registered at Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage.
