Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 0071 dated 07.05.2026, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 351(2) of BNS, at Police Station Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand.
