Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of the impugned order dated 24.09.2025 the order suspending sentence of the petitioner had also been recalled. He, therefore, prays for permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent order dated 15.05.2026 as well.
