Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.4 dated 26.2.2026 under Sections 7, 13(1)b read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Ambala Mandal, Ambala.
