118 IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH

CRR No.1459 of 2026 (O&M) Date of Decision: 22.07.2026

Ajit Kumar …..Petitioner. Versus State of Punjab .....Respondent. CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VIKRAM AGGARWAL ***** Present:- None for the petitioner.

Mr. Ravinder Singh, DAG, Punjab.

VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J. (ORAL)

On 06.07.2026, the following order was passed:- “Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall surrender within one week and accordingly prays for an adjournment.”

2. Today, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the case having been called twice. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present revision petition. That being so, this Court is choiceless but to dismiss the revision petition for non-prosecution.

3. Ordered accordingly.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
