Prayer in the present application preferred under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short the “BNSS”) is for placing on record the translated copy of Land Record containing Jamabandi and Girdawri as Annexure P-8.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. A translated copy of Land Record containing Jamabandi and Girdawri is taken on record as Annexure P-8.
