for the petitioner.

Mr. Bareen Pratap Singh, AAG Punjab. *** Shalini Singh Nagpal, J. (Oral)

Petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 04.12.2025 and 10.12.2025 of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rupnagar in NACT/79/2021 issuing non-bailable warrants and proclamation warrants against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of previous order, petitioner appeared before the Trial Court, joined the proceedings and had since been convicted vide judgment dated 15.01.2026 of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rupnagar. Therefore, the petition had become infructuous. Copy of judgment dated 15.01.2026 has also been placed on record.

Dismissed, having become infructuous. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
