1. 1. The present application is filed with the prayer to transfer of S.A. bearing TSA No. 24/2021 titled as **M/s Sewa Nand Ravinder Kumar Company & others v. Union Bank of India** from DRT-Jaipur to DRT-Delhi.
2. 2. It is reflecting that the High Court of Delhi vide order dated 17.11.2021 passed in W.P. (C) No.12931/2021 has directed that the S.A. bearing No. 124/2021 (TSA No. 24/2021) be transferred from DRT-III, Delhi to DRT-Jaipur.
3. 3. Sh. Rupak Srivastava, Counsel for the applicant stated that the applicant has filed W.P. (C) No. 435/2026 and 436/2026 for seeking transfer of the S.A. bearing No. 124/2021 now TSA bearing No.24/2021 pending before the DRT-Jaipur to DRT-Delhi and vide order dated 21.01.2026 the liberty was given to the applicant to file appropriate transfer application before the DRT under Section 17A (ii) of the SARFAESI Act.
4. 4. Issue notice to the respondents on taking steps by the appellant through all permissible modes, returnable on 10.02.2027.
