1. 1. The instant application is filed for modification of the order dated 09.07.2026 passed by this Tribunal in the Misc. Application No. 54/2026. Sh. Ashish Sharma, Counsel for the applicants stated that the applicants have filed an application bearing I.A. No.2288/2023 for sending certain documents to FSL and the said application is required to be decided before the disposal of I.A. bearing No. 310/2024.
2. 2. Sh. Ashish Sharma, Counsel further stated that vide order dated 09.07.2026 this Tribunal has directed DRT-I, Delhi to decide I.A. bearing No.310/2024 as early as possible without any further delay but the disposal of I.A. bearing No. 2288/2023 filed by the applicants is also required adjudication and disposal before the disposal of I.A. bearing No. 310/2024 filed by the auction purchaser.
3. 3. Issue notice to the respondents on taking steps by the applicants through all permissible modes, returnable on 14.10.2026.
