1. 1. The counsel for the appellant stated that DRT-III, Chandigarh which passed the impugned order, was not having the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the O.A. bearing no.249/2026. There is a delay of about 136 days in filing the present appeal.
2. 2. Issue notice on the application bearing I.A. No.1212/2026 for condonation of delay as well as on appeal on taking steps by the appellants through all permissible modes returnable on 30.09.2026.
