1. Sh. Shailendra Ojha, Advocate for the appellant seeks time to address argument on the waiver of pre-deposit by stating that the impugned order is procedural in nature and as such the appellant is not required to make pre-deposit.
2. In the meantime, issue notice on the application bearing I.A. No.1257/2026 for waiver of pre-deposit as well as on misc. appeal bearing no.283/2026 to the respondent on taking steps by the appellant through all permissible modes returnable on 03.02.2027.
