It is to state that this matter is pending since 16.09.2026. On the last date of hearing, a last and final opportunity was granted for removal of defects. However, there has been no appearance on behalf of the concerned party on the last two dates of hearing. Today also, there is no representation, and the defects have not been rectified till date.
Hence, the matter is re-posted to 21.10.2026 for the removal of defects as a **final opportunity**, failing which the matter shall be dismissed.
