1. Sh. Yashu Rastogi, Advocate for the respondent no.1 stated that he has already filed reply in physical form but today itself. The Registry is directed to place on record the reply already filed by the respondent no.1. The direction to DRT-III, Delhi in terms of order dated 20.07.2026 shall continue till the next date of hearing. In the meantime, the respective counsels for the appellants and respondent no.1 are directed to file their written submissions along with case law relied upon, if any at least one week prior to the next date of hearing with advance copy to the opposite counsels.
