These matters are taken up through Hybrid hearing.
**1.** Sh. PBA Srinivasan, Counsel advanced arguments on behalf of appellant in Appeal No. 124/2023 and on behalf of respondent no.1 in Appeal No. 89/2023.
**2.** With the intervention of the bench, the parties have agreed to explore the possibility of the settlement. Accordingly, respective Counsels of the contesting parties are directed to talk with each other to explore the possibility of settlement, if any, within two weeks. Let them sit together on 07.10.2026 for amicable settlement.
**3.** Sh. PBA Srinivasan, Counsel stated that he has already filed written submission along with case law. However, he shall be at liberty to file updated written submission or additional written submission, if any, at least one week prior to the next date of hearing with advance copy to the respective Counsels for the borrowers and the auction purchaser.
