1. 1. The counsel for the appellant prayed for the stay of the operation of impugned order and stated that after auction, the possession of the subject property is already handed over to the auction purchaser and he is still in the possession of the subject property.
2. 2. Issue notice to the respondents on taking steps by the appellants through all permissible modes returnable on 16.03.2027. Till next date of hearing the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.
