1. 1. Sh. Arjit Sharma, Advocate put up appearance on behalf of the respondents no.2 & 4 but stated that before filing his Vakalatnama he needs to take appropriate instructions from the respondents no.2 and 4.
2. 2. Sh. Sanjeev Bhandari, Sr. Advocate for respondents no.3 and Sh. Randhir Singh, Advocate for respondent no.1 respectively also seeks time to file respective replies to the main appeal. Let the respective replies be filed at least two weeks prior to the next date of hearing with advance copy to the counsel for the appellant.
