1. 1. Affidavit has already been filed on behalf of the appellant regarding compliance of the order dated 14.07.2026. Sh. Anil Airi, Senior Advocate assisted by Sh. Abhishek Batra, Advocate for the respondent no.2 stated that the respondent no.2 to impugn the order dated 14.07.2026 has filed a Writ Petitions bearing WP(C) 9954/2026 and 9969/2026 before the Delhi High Court and after conclusion of arguments the orders have been reserved by the High Court on 25.09.2026.
