1. The instant appeal is filed to impugn the order dated 10.04.2026 whereby I.A. bearing no.1554/2019 filed by the appellants for impleading the Government of Andhra Pradesh as the respondent no.4 and application filed vide Dy. no.1453/2019 for seeking appointment of Receiver were dismissed. Issue notice to the respondent on taking steps by the appellant through all permissible modes returnable on 18.01.2027.
