DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL-I, CHANDIGARH chI ’6/2025 CANARA BANK Vs RAHUL HANS 20.01.2026 Item No. 128 Present : Ms. Savita Trighatianar, Counsel for the Applicant. CANARA Bank has filed this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 07.10.2025, whereby the Registrar has declined to register this case on the ground that the Bank had not produced the original documents on 24.09.2025. In the appeal, it is alleged that the concerned Officer was on deputation during this period in another Branch and thus, the documents could not be produced. I am of the considered view, that the Bank has shown sufficient cause. Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and disposed of. The Appellant Bank may produce the documents before the Registrar on any working day upto 09.02.2026, who would register the case A copy of this order be sent to the Registrar and the Bank.
