DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL-I, CHANDIGARH CA/ 19/2025 PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK Vs GURPREET SINGH q 19.01.2026 Item No.154 Present : Sh. Varun Mittal, Counsel for the Applicant. Punjab National Bank has filed this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 29.10.2025, whereby the Registrar has declined to register this case on the ground that the Bank had not produced the original documents on 13.10.2025. In the appeal, it is alleged that some original documents were not readily available with the bank and thus, could not be produced. I am of the considered view, that the Bank has shown sufficient cause. Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and disposed of. The Appellant Bank may produce the documents before the Registrar on any working day upto 09.02.2026, who would register the case A copy of this order. be sent to the Registrar and the Bank.
