DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL-I, CHANDIGARH CN12q t 2025 PUNJAB GRAMIN BANK Vs RATNO DEVI 21.01.2026 Item No.121 Present : Mr. Iqbal Mohd., Counsel for the Applicant. Punjab Gramin Bank has filed this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 28.10.2025, whereby the Registrar has declined to register this case on the ground that the Bank had not produced the original documents on 24.09.2025. In the appeal, it is alleged that due to inadvertent administrative delay and internal routing of original documents, the same could not be produced within the prescribed time. The lapse was neither deliberate nor indicative of any procedural disregard and thus, could not be produced. I am of the considered view, that the Bank has shown sufficient cause. Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and disposed of. The Appellant Bank may produce the documents before the Registrar on any working day up to 09.02.2026, who would register the hh case DRT-I, Chandigarn
