DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL-I, CHANDIGARH CA/ 18/2025 INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK Vs MS GURU BHARAT GAS 21.01.2026 Item No. 124 Present : Mr. R. V. Mehra, Counsel for the Applicant. Indian Overseas Bank has filed this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 29.10.2025, whereby the Registrar has declined to register this case on the ground that the Bank had not produced the original documents on 13.10.2025. In the appeal, it is alleged that since the applicant bank has not produced the original documents for verification as such the OA suffers from the defect which remain unrectified within the prescribed period as such the registration of the original application stands declined and thus, could not be produced. I am of the considered view, that the Bank has shown sufficient cause. Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and disposed of. The Appellant Bank may produce the documents before the Registrar on any working day up to 09.02.2026, who would register the case DRT-I, Ch©rdigarh PANk AJ
