DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL-I, CHANDIGARH eN 33 /2025 PUNJAB GRAMIN BANK Vs RUPINDER 19.01.2026 Item No. 153 Present : Mr. Bhushan Bhatia, Counsel for the Applicant Bank. Punjab Gramin Bank has filed this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 29.10.2025, whereby the Registrar has declined to register this case on the ground that the Bank had not produced the original documents on 16.10.2025. In the appeal, it is alleged that while u p\oading documents on the DRT site the case status was written as Dispoling and thus, the documents could not be produced. I am of the considered view, that the Bank has shown sufficient cause. Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and disposed of. The Appellant Bank may produce the documents before the Registrar on any working day upto 09.02.2026, who would register the case. Registry is also directed to restore N.D.N. No. 2402/2025 for verification of documents. A copy of this order be sent to the Registrar and the Bank. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. I anc l Harsh lgar
