Present: Mr. BKS Chhabra, Counsel for the Appellant.
None for defendants.
Bank of India has filed this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 05.02.2026, whereby the Registrar has declined to register this case on the ground that the Bank did not produce the original documents at the time of filing of the OA. Mr.Chhabra, counsel for the appellant states that the bank would produce the original documents on Monday.
Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and disposed of with the direction that the bank would produce the original documents before the Registrar on Monday i.e. 09.03.2026, who would register the case.
A copy of this order be sent to the Registrar and the Bank. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
