Punjab National Bank has filed this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 28.10.2025, whereby the Registrar has declined to register this case on the ground that the Bank had not produced the original documents on 23.09.2025. In the appeal, it is alleged that the original documents were not available at the time of verification and the concerned officer was not available due to his personal difficulties and thus, the documents could not be produced.
