DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL-I, CHANDIGARH

MA/10/2026 In OA No. 3700/2017 PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK Vs GOMATI DEVI

21.05.2026

Item No.105

Present: Mr. Ankit Kaushal, Counsel for the Applicant Bank. None for defendants.

Heard on the application for correction in the judgment and Recovery Certificate dated 28.02.2019, passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 3700/2017.

It is stated that there is some clerical mistake in the judgment and RC dated 28.02.2019. In fact, Sultan Ram had died during the pendency of the OA and his LR was impeaded as defendant No. 1. However, in the judgment, Gomati Devi has been shown as defendant No.1.

Accordingly, the Court Master is directed to make necessary correction in the original judgment and Recovery Certificate, dated 28.02.2019. The title should be read as 'Punjab National Bank versus Late Sultan Ram through his LR Gomati Devi'. A copy of this order be also sent to the Recovery Officer concerned.

Accordingly, the MA stands **disposed of**. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
