Heard on the Review Application (RA) dated 15.02.2025 for restoration of OA No.1465/2022, which was dismissed on 22.11.2023, on the ground that the bank has failed to serve the summons on defendants despite the fact that it was granted many opportunities on 04.08.2022, 08.09.2022, and 25.01.2023. No ground for review is made out. Accordingly, the RA is dismissed. Moreover, the application is beyond time.
