Heard on the application for modification in the judgment dated 15.05.2025 passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 796/2021. It is stated that the defendant No. 3 has already died and the bank had moved an application for impleading his LRs, which was allowed. Despite that in the judgment dated 15.05.2025, the names of LRs of defendant No. 3 have not been mentioned.
In view of this, the MA stands disposed of. Court Master is directed to make necessary correction in the judgment as well as Recovery Certificate. A copy of this order also sent to Recovery Officer concerned. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
