Heard on MA No. 90/2023 filed by the bank for correction in the name of applicant bank. Mr.Sharma, counsel for the applicant bank states that the OA had been filed by UCO Bank. However, in the final judgment and RG, the name of the bank has been wrongly mentioned as Canara Bank (erstwhile UCO Bank).

The mistake is in typing. Accordingly, the Court Master is directed to make the necessary correction on the original order and RC. MA stands **disposed of**. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
