Mr.Gaurav Thakur, Counsel for the respondent bank.
Heard on MA No. 71/2023 filed by the applicant in SA No. 169/2022 for expunging of certain remarks. Mr.Malik, counsel for the applicant argues that on 15.06.2023, this Tribunal while disposing of SA No. 169/2022 in para No. 13 has opined as under:- ‘Earlier also they had filed civil suit and other proceedings before the Hon'ble J&K High Court, without any basis.’
Mr.Malik argues that the same be expunged as it was not required for disposal of the case. Mr.Gaurav Thakur, counsel for the respondent bank states that he has no objection in case this line is expunged. I order accordingly. The MA stands disposed of. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
