Mr.Dhillon states that on 23.09.2026 applicant had given an undertaking before the Hon’ble Supreme Court to make the whole of the payment within five months i.e. by 27.02.2027. He further states that in view of the undertaking given by the applicant before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the SA has been rendered infructuous. The same stands disposed of. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
