Present: Adv. KPS Dhillon ,proxy Counsel for the Applicant.
The counsel for the applicant bank states that the matter has been compromised and settled in full and final between the parties for a total sum of Rs.48,73,000/- It is further stated by him that the defendants have deposited the said amount as per full and final settlement and now nothing is due against them in this case. In this respect an affidavit of Shri Raman Sharma, Legal Manager, of the bank has also been placed on file. He further seeks the permission of this court to withdraw the case. Heard. Permission to withdraw this case is granted. Case is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending IAs, if any also stands disposed of. The copy of this order be given to the parties as per rules and thereafter file be consigned to record room.
