1), passed by my Ld. Predecessor. Copy of order of OA No.1933/2019 dated 19.03.2020 is filed on record. Heard arguments. I am of the view that Recovery Certificate is required to be issued and therefore the Recovery Certificate be issued within three working days from today. Registrar is hereby directed to get the Recovery Certificate prepared. Accordingly the MA stands disposed of.
