Heard arguments. The MA is allowed in term of prayer made in para No.4 of the Miscellaneous application, husband name be corrected accordingly i.e. Smt Apinder Kaur wife of Shri Ikramjit Singh be corrected as Smt. Apinder Kaur wife of Shri Bikramjit singh. With these observations MA stands disposed of.
