(Matter heard through VC) This MA is filed in OA No.985/2019 by the applicant bank praying for taking on record amended memo of parties and correction in order and RC issued by this Tribunal on 05.03.2021. The reason of filing of this MA is change of applicant bank (erstwhile Allahabad Bank) with the Indian Bank on account of merger vide order dated 04.03.2020 issued by Govt. of India. Heard arguments. Prayer is allowed. Amended Memo of Parties filed along with this MA is allowed to be taken on record. Accordingly, final order dated 05.03.2021 and Recovery Certificate also be connected. Registry is hereby directed to take necessary steps, so that final order and Recovery Certificate be connected and issued. With these observations this MA stands disposed of. File be consigned to record after compliance.
