This Misc. Application has been filed by the applicant bank for the release of all the original loan documents which are lying in the DRT file OA No.123/2006.
The Registrar, DRT-I, Chandigarh is directed to release all the original documents to counsel for applicant bank after taking due receipt and retaining certified copies of all the documents.
