When the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms. Jirga Jhaveri,the learned APP has reported that the Criminal Appeal No. 76 of2020 filed by the applicant, is still pending before Honourable theSupreme Court of India.
Keeping in mind the aforesaid statement, in my consideredopinion, it will be appropriate for the applicant to approach theHonourable Supreme Court for temporary bail and/or interim bail.
Thus, the present application is not entertained and the sameis hereby rejected.
