Despite calling the matter number of times none appeared for the applicant. There is no request either for pass over or for adjournment even after 3rd pass over. Perusal of record shows that neither service report has been filed nor anyone is appearing to press upon this application since last four consecutive dates also. Waited sufficiently. It appears that the applicant is not interested to pursue the matter. Since none is present on behalf of the applicant to press upon this application it appears that applicant has lost interest in this case, hence case is dismissed for non-prosecution on the part of the applicant.
