There is none for the Applicant. The counsel for the Resp. Bank stresses that the Applicant is not forthcoming to pursue his matter and prayed for dismissal of the same.
I have heard counsel for the Resp. Bank and perused the record. It has been observed that the Applicant has not been coming forward from the last 6 hearings. Since the matter could not be lingered on unnecessarily, the MA is dismissed for non prosecution.
