This fresh MA has been placed before me today. Heard. This Miscellaneous Application was filed for setting aside the order dated 20.12.2025 passed in SA No. 398/2024. Copy of impugned order is annexed as Annexure A-1, which shows that learned counsel for opposite party was present on the said date. In the circumstances issue notice to opposite party of this MA by way of registered post and personal service for filing reply. Applicant is directed to collect notice and ensure service upon opposite party and file proof of service in the shape of affidavit. List on 21.02.2026 before Registrar for filing service report.
