In this matter, MA has been moved for setting aside the dismissal order passed on 07.10.2025. The said dismissal order was passed because the applicants were not appearing.

Today counsel for the applicant submits that due to medical reasons they could not appear at the time of hearing of SA. However, Counsel for the Respondent submits that they had been telling lies to the police authorizes that there is a stay in this matter. They have stated before the police authorities that there is SA which is still pending. The fact is that there is no SA pending when it was asked then it was told that MA is pending and there is a stay order.

In view of the above, this MA deserves to be dismissed.

Concerned police authorities are directed to comply with the orders of District Magistrate noting that there is no stay or any interim orders in this matter by this Tribunal.

Accordingly, MA stands dismissed, all pending IAs also stands disposed off, if any. File be consigned to record as per rules. Copy of order be uploaded on website.
