1. In this matter, Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank has filed this Misc. Application in OA no. 1007/2018 for return of following original title documents :-
a) Annexure-A/157: Original Share Certificate of Krishna Co- operative Housing Society Ltd.
b) Annexure-A/158: Original Allotment Letter of Krishna Co- operative Housing Society Ltd.
c) Annexure-A/159: Original Receipt of the Krishna Co- operative Housing Society Ltd.
d) Annexure-A/160: Original 3 JDA Challans.
e) Annexure-A-161: Original letter of JDA dated 17.01,1989.
f) Annexure-A/162: Original agreement of Loan executed between Smt. Jeevan Kumari Choudhary and Dena Bank dated 11.05.2010.
