1. This MA has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to withdraw recovery proceedings being initiated so far with Recovery Case no. 223/2023 in OA/283/2021 and Learned Recovery Officer be directed to get the recovery proceedings closed in RC/223/2023 in complete/full satisfaction of dues of the applicant bank.
2. Prayer stands allowed.
3. Accordingly, MA stands disposed of as allowed and Recovery Officer is directed to close the recovery proceedings in the above mentioned RC and consign the file to record room.
