1. This Misc. Application has been filed for seeking direction to the Sub-Registrar/ Registrar of Stamp to refund the stamp duty.
2. The Sub-Registrar/ Registrar of Stamp are directed to refund the stamp duty as the sale has been cancelled by this Tribunal.
3. Registry is directed to return the Demand Draft to the applicant after obtaining acknowledgement of the same.
