1. In this matter, Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank has filed this Misc. Application in OA no. 473/2020 for return the original title deeds i.e. Exhibit-A/11 at Page no. 59 to 93 pertaining to "Residential Property, Double Storied Construction over the Plot in Ward No. 14, Near Karni Mata Temple, Choudhary Colony, Loonkaransar, Bikaner.”

The Registry is directed return the original title deeds i.e. Exhibit-A/11 at Page no. 59 to 93 pertaining to "Residential Property, Double Storied Construction over the Plot in Ward No. 14, Near Karni Mata Temple, Choudhary Colony, Loonkaransar, Bikaner.” to the Authorized Officer of the applicant bank after acknowledgement of the same. Accordingly, this Misc. Application stands disposed of.
