[2026:RJ-JP:36160] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-155/2026]

1. It is stated that in compliance of orders dated 01.05.2026 and 02.07.2026 earlier passed by this Court, the appellant(s) had although deposited 20% of the cheque amount before the trial Court, yet trial Court is not releasing the said amount to the complainant.

2. This Court finds that sole purpose for giving directions to deposit 20% additional amount of the fine amount was to disburse the same to the complainant. Earlier also, this Court made clear that the said amount was to be disbursed to the complainant.

3. Hence, under these circumstances, in case, the 20% additional amount as earlier directed by this Court has been deposited by the appellant(s), then trial Court is directed to release the same to the complainant within a period of 15 days from today.

4. The applications stand disposed of accordingly. (ANAND SHARMA),J 46/Jatin
