1. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners want to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioners-Ghansilal and Pitanmbar Alias Pintu to surrenders before the concerned Court.

2. Permission, as sought for, is granted.

3. This bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners-Ghansilal and Pitanmbar

(2 of 3) [CRLMB-7434/2026] Alias Pintu surrenders before the concerned trial court and file a fresh bail application, it is expected from the concerned court to decide the bail application of the petitioners-Ghansilal and Pitanmbar Alias Pintu, as far as possible, on the same day, in accordance with law.

4. Apprehending their arrest in connection with FIR No.120/2026 registered at Police Station-Keshorai Patan, District- Bundi for the offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 110 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, the petitioners-Vijaylaxmi and Roshan Baai have preferred this bail application under Section 482 BNSS.

5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, namely, Vijaylaxmi and Roshan Baai, have been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that both the petitioners are ladies and that the parties are residing in the same locality. He submits that the petitioners have been implicated on the basis of false and concocted allegations. No specific injury has been attributed to either of the petitioners. The petitioners are ready and willing to join the investigation and cooperate with the Investigating Officer. Therefore, it is prayed that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners be allowed.

7. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

8. Considering the fact that the petitioners are ready and willing to co-operate with the investigation of the case, without commenting anything on the merits/demerits of the case, I deem

(3 of 3) [CRLMB-7434/2026] it just and proper to allow the bail application of the petitioners- Vijaylaxmi and Roshan Baai.

9. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioners-Vijaylaxmi D/o Ghansilal and Roshan Baai W/o Ghansilal, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:-

(i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court. (PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR),J 74/Arun
